davidpardey.com is owned by David Pardey, a writer, researcher and trainer who has over 30 years experience of working with organisations in the public, private and third sectors. For seven years I was Head of Research at the Institute of Leadership & Management and, since retiring from that role, have continued working as a freelance writer and consultant. I am also an Associate of the Professional Development Centre. PDC is run by Pam Heneberry and Dr Arthur Turner, my co-authors of Critical Leadership.
